How does beta access work?
We're onboarding stores in waves so we can support setup and learn fast. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when a beta spot opens.
How does the early supporter perk work?
Early supporters will get 3 months free once Portaim launches paid plans. We'll confirm eligibility when we send your beta invite.
Can I use it without giving API access?
Yes. You can always download a Shopify-ready CSV and import it yourself. API export is optional.
Will Portaim change my existing products?
Only if you choose update mode and match by SKU. Default is create-only.
Does it work with messy supplier files?
That's what Portaim is for! Our AI will try to match them to the correct Shopify fields. You can also manually override the mapping.
What if my supplier sends wildly inconsistent files each time?
AI mapping adapts on upload; you can adjust fields manually and (soon) save a template per supplier.
What if my file has errors?
We flag issues in real time and Fix All applies safe auto-corrections (e.g., currency symbols, missing SKUs). You review before export.
What about product variants?
Portaim supports product variants. It can handle different SKUs, prices, and other attributes for each variant.
Do you store my files?
By default, no. Files are processed and discarded. You'll be able to enable history later.
Is there a limit to the file size I can upload?
For the beta, we're starting with a generous limit that should cover most use cases. We'll monitor and adjust as needed.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and basic referral info (e.g., how you found us). If you choose to send us a CSV/XLSX or other files for early access or troubleshooting, we collect those files.
We use this information to contact you about early access and updates, understand how people discover Portaim, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, storage, email, analytics) only to operate Portaim.
Please don't include sensitive data in files (passwords, API keys, customer personal data). We keep files only as long as needed for early access/testing and delete them on request.
You can request deletion of your information anytime by emailing contact@portaim.com .

By using this site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. You give us permission to email you about early access and product updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
If you send us files ("Files"): you keep ownership; you allow us to store and process them only to provide early access, generate outputs for you, and improve the product. Don't submit Files containing sensitive data or anything you don't have the right to share.
The site and early access are provided "as is" and may change at any time. Don't misuse the site or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. We may block access if needed.
